Leadership and Staff

Focus

Each Sunday morning at 9:30 we worship God through preaching, singing and prayer. We are excited to see people gather consistently for Prayer at 8:45. Please join us! We share in Communion the 1st Sunday of each month. We also meet together in specific fellowship gatherings and Dinner for 6 gatherings which helps us get to know each other better.

Our church is currently being led by two Elders - Scott McCall and James Galland. We are in a rebuilding phase and look forward to how God continues to meet our churches needs.

What is your favorite Bible verse?
Psalm 51:17 The sacrifices of God are a broken spirit, a broken and contrite heart………The verse reminds me that despite the sin we have in our lives, God does not want perfection but rather a heart which is broken and willing to repent.

Tell me about your best church memory.
Probably the times we went camping as a youth group growing up. We had some great fun times as well has great fellowship around the campfire. We were living in Everett WA at the time and camping was beautiful being surrounded by the mountains. It was when we were on one of these camping trips that we heard Mt St Helens erupt on May 18th 1980. We were sitting around eating breakfast. Everyone starting trying to guess what the two loud “booms” were which we had heard.

Tell me about your family.
I have been married to Cindy for 17 years. We have two wonderful girls who are the joy of our lives. We enjoy doing some traveling together and camping as mentioned earlier. I have an older sister and younger brother. My parents live in Shakopee Mn and are retired.
